Land Surveys

Hillcrest Surveys Limited are able to undertake topographic surveys from greenfield sites to large scale urban re-developments.The survey can be tailored to your specific requirements, they can comprise a basic outline with a grid of levels to a fully detailed representation of the topography and its features including cross sections where necessary.

Hillcrest Surveys Limited has experience in large and small scale topographic surveys throughout the UK and Saudia Arabia. These vary from local housing project requirements to new large scale road re-development such as the A350 in Dorset and the M25 and M1 motorway routing through the countryside.

Survey data is recorded using modern Leica total station instruments and processed through SCC terrain and mapping software. The survey drawings are issued as an AutoCad drawing or data exchange format files by e-mail , disk or hard copy.


Enginnering Surveys

Hillcrest Surveys specialises within the Engineering Survey environment, providing control networks, setting out, and as built surveys for all sizes of project. Hillcrest have successfully completed the Cabot Shopping Centre, Bristol glazed roof structure, through to being the Project Surveyors for the New Wembley Stadium complex.

We are experienced in surveying complex structural components at the production stage through to assembly and erection of the finished article.

Hillcrest Surveys Limited have many years experience working with glazed curtain walling companies on high rise buildings that include No.1 London Wall, Lakeshore Office Complex, Empress House Earl's Court and many more.

All of our work is covered by £1,000,000 professional indemnity insurance….due to our meticulous work procedures we have never had to use it.
