Hillcrest Surveys Limited was established in 1991 by Alison and David Woolner. Previous to this David was Chief Surveyor with Laing Management Contracting Limited, and was responsible for all engineering survey requirements for large projects that included New London Bridge City, Stansted Airport Terminal Building, New British Library and others within central London.

Alison previously worked as a senior surveyor for Survey International, a part of the John Laing Group, working on many land survey and engineering projects throughout the United Kingdom.

As directors of Hillcrest Surveys Limited they continue to offer the highest level of quality product for most disciplines within the world of survey gained from over 60 years of combined experience.
