Hillcrest Surveys Limited are proficient in the use of 3d geospatial measurement utilising high precision total stations and reflective targets and high precision prisms. 

This is a cost effective method to determine any deformation to a structure related to the construction process or outside influences. 

This method is based upon observation to strategic points from known fixed points outside of the zone of influence. This technique may be performed according to the frequency of measurement either manually or automatically.

Precise levelling is a very accurate fast cost effective method for determination of the smallest of vertical movement. 

Well placed monitoring studs can be measured for heave or settlement on many structures with the use of either optical measurement or scanning of invar bar codes with Leica instrumentation.
